In 1960 on a warm summer day our family arrived in their new homeland. With them they brought not only their dreams and aspirations but recipes that date back more than a century. After a few short years our family opened their first pizzeria. Since then the simple yet critical foundation remains true; QUALITY & SERVICE.

QUALITY comes in the sense of the freshest ingredients available. Our family in Sicily cooked with the freshest ingredients taken from farm grown gardens that have been passed down from generation to generation. The FRESHNESS of our ingredients is the cornerstone of our philosophy.

The second equally critical component is SERVICE. We have committed to following the same principles that generations before us were taught and we in turn have taught our “family’. Our family extends beyond our children and encompasses our employees. We cultivate a family atmosphere because that’s how we were raised.
